We undertake in-process checking at suppliers’ plant. Herein we control the entire manufacturing process step by step – starting from feeding of the raw materials into the extruder till final loading and despatch.This helps us to have a check on the quality right at the time of manufacturing of the bags. We can identify any deviations then and then and can take corrective actions on the spot. This helps us to minimise the chances of making of defective items to an even greater extent.
